- Grape varieties: 85 % Chardonnay, 10 % Riesling,
- 5 % traminer
- Vinification: Cold fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in modern stainless steel fermentation vats, and matured in oak barrels for 12 months. After bottling, the wine undergoes controlled aging for at least 3 months. A portion of the bottles are held for maturation collections of 2, 5 and 10 years.
- Color: Brightly colored straw-yellow wine with a greenish shade.
- Aroma: Has an intense citrus, yellow fruit and grape aroma with a fresh taste, where green apple tones are emphasized with shades of piquant green herbs, leaves and minerals.
- Taste: Light, clear and fruity with moderate acidity.
- Bottle size: 0.75 l BURGUNDY bottles.
- ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 12 %–14 %
